Who Controls Your Data

Personal data processed through this website have a controller: the operator of tipsport-vstup.cz. Any question about how your data are processed, and any request to exercise your rights, can be sent to the controller by email at contact@tipsport-vstup.cz.

What We Process and What We Do Not

Processing is limited to what is necessary for the operation, security and analytics of tipsport-vstup.cz, or for handling an email enquiry.

We process:

  • technical access data (IP address, time, URLs visited, device, browser, operating system) for running, securing and analysing the website;
  • cookies, under the rules set out in the Cookies part;
  • data from messages sent to contact@tipsport-vstup.cz: email address, text and a signature if you add one.

We do not process:

  • data connected with gambling,
  • data used for identity verification,
  • payment transaction data,
  • data of Tipsport Vegas players.

Why and on What Basis We Process Data

Our processing of personal data follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, and, for cookies, § 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications.

Website operation and security

Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data are kept for 12 months at most, or as technical capabilities allow.

Analytical and marketing cookies

Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. They are kept until you withdraw consent or according to your browser settings.

Replying to an email enquiry

Legal basis: performance of a contract or legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Data are held while the enquiry is being handled, but no longer than 6 months.

Sharing Data with Other Parties

Personal data may be made accessible only to recipients needed for operating the website and for analytical services:

  • Operation, availability and security of the website are handled by hosting and CDN providers, who may therefore come into contact with the data.
  • Traffic statistics are processed by web analytics providers so that the website's performance can be optimised.

Specific provider names are given only if they are publicly identifiable within the website. Data are not transferred to unverified entities or to third parties without a legal ground.

Transfers Outside the EU

Where the website uses an analytics tool whose provider has its seat outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, personal data are transferred to a third country. Such a transfer relies on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR, which ensure an appropriate level of protection. When no service outside the EU/EEA is used, nothing is transferred to third countries.

List of Your Rights

Seven rights are available to you as a data subject under the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.:

  1. Access. You can find out which of your personal data we process (Article 15 GDPR).
  2. Rectification. You can have inaccurate data corrected (Article 16 GDPR).
  3. Erasure. The so-called “right to be forgotten” can be exercised if the conditions of Article 17 GDPR are met.
  4. Restriction. Processing can be restricted at your request (Article 18 GDPR).
  5. Portability. It concerns automated processing based on consent or a contract (Article 20 GDPR).
  6. Objection. It is directed against processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR).
  7. Withdrawal of consent. Possible where consent is the legal basis; it does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Exercising Rights by Email

Where should the request go?

To the email address contact@tipsport-vstup.cz.

How quickly will you get an answer?

Without undue delay, and no later than 30 days after the request reaches us. For complex requests, or when there are more of them, the controller may extend the period by a further two months and will tell you so.

Where to File a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint whenever you believe that the processing of your data breaches the law. The complaint is addressed to the supervisory authority:

  • Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ)
  • street address: Pplk. Sochora 27
  • 170 00 Praha 7
  • on the internet: www.uoou.cz

Encryption and Other Safeguards

  • Encrypted transmission: the connection between the user's device and the server is protected by the HTTPS/TLS protocol.
  • Protected access: access to the data is guarded by organisational and technical measures matching the state of the art.
  • Regular checks: the controller assesses its security settings and reduces the risk of unauthorised access and misuse.

Cookies Used and How Consent Is Stored

The tipsport-vstup.cz website uses cookies, i.e. small text files stored on a visitor's device. They help the website work properly, make traffic analysis possible and, in some cases, allow content or advertising to be personalised.

What you decide on

Analytical cookies (anonymised statistics on website use) and marketing cookies (personalised advertising, tracking of behaviour on different websites) are stored exclusively with your consent. For Google Analytics, this means Consent Mode, in which analytics storage stays denied until consent is given.

What applies even without consent

Essential cookies provide the basic functions without which the website might not work properly. Act No. 127/2005 Coll. allows them to be used without consent in § 89(3).

How the website remembers your choice

The choice is written to the ck-consent item in the browser's local storage, so it is not a cookie of the website. The storage period follows your browser settings.

Managing cookies in individual browsers

  • in Safari via Preferences, then Privacy and Manage Website Data,
  • in Chrome via Settings, then Privacy and security and Cookies and other site data,
  • in Firefox via Options, then Privacy & Security and Cookies and Site Data,
  • in Edge via Settings, then Cookies and site permissions and Cookies and site data.

Blocking cookies is explained in the browser's help.

Revision of the Policy

The wording of this privacy and cookies policy may change over time. The reason is usually new or amended legislation, or a different way in which the website processes data. If a change is substantial, the controller will announce it on the website. It is therefore advisable to look through the valid version every so often.
