Who Is Behind This Website

tipsport-vstup.cz is an independent affiliate website that informs about the Tipsport Vegas brand and compares what it offers. It does not cover any other brand.

We do not run gambling ourselves. In particular:

• we offer no gambling games and open no player accounts,
• we do not handle deposits or withdrawals,
• we do not identify players under the AML Act,
• we are not an operator of any gambling game within the meaning of Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling.

We write about bonuses, rules and responsible gambling tools at Tipsport Vegas. We compare our texts with the operator's website and with the public list of licensed operators published by the MF ČR. Offers change, however, so the operator's current terms always apply. Everything here is for information only and is no substitute for legal or other professional advice.

1. The offer described on tipsport-vstup.cz is compared with the official information on tipsport.cz.
2. The operator's licence is looked for in the public list of licensed operators published by the MF ČR.
3. You can look up the company behind Tipsport Vegas yourself in ARES (Administrativní registr ekonomických subjektů, the Czech business register).
4. Legal questions are governed by the Gambling Act (Act No. 186/2016 Coll.).
5. Before registering, read the operator's current terms, because they can change and take precedence over our text.

We are an independent affiliate website, not an operator, and we have no influence on the operator's terms. If you report an error to us at contact@tipsport-vstup.cz, we will correct it.

Some links on tipsport-vstup.cz lead to the website of the Tipsport Vegas operator and may be affiliate (partner) links. What follows from this:

• for the operator of this website: if you visit tipsport.cz through such a link and register, it may receive a commission;
• for you: no fee and no other extra cost;
• for the terms of the offer: these are set by the brand's operator, so it is worth reading them there before you register.

Gambling under the Tipsport Vegas brand is operated exclusively by Tipsport.net a.s., IČO 28178653, Politických vězňů 156/21, 266 01 Beroun. The company holds a licence to operate gambling games, granted by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic (Ministerstvo financí ČR) under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling. You can check whether the licence is valid in the Ministry of Finance list of licensed operators.

tipsport-vstup.cz itself does not operate any gambling game, does not belong to the operator's group and has no access to the data of Tipsport Vegas customers. Questions about your account, deposits or withdrawals should therefore go directly to the operator.

Distance from the operator: we are not part of it or of its group.
Honesty: we acknowledge affiliate links and commissions.
Traceability: our information is built on the operator's website and on the public list of the Ministry of Finance, and we name our sources.
Responsible gambling: we support it and point out the risks of gambling.
Corrections: errors that are reported to us get removed.

These principles apply to all the texts we publish on the website.

We stand by the principles of responsible gambling and write openly about the risks that taking part in gambling involves. Details and practical recommendations are collected on our responsible gambling page. This website is intended only for people over 18 years of age.
